We are delighted to welcome Dr. Lingshi Tan to Aulis as Venture Partner. Dr. Tan was formerly CEO of Caidya, where he now serves as Executive Chairman. Dr. Tan founded dMed Clinical Company (dMed) in 2016. Following a series of acquisitions, dMed established the global brand name Caidya in 2022, providing a full range of services to clients and patient populations across several therapeutic areas in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to founding dMed, Dr. Tan served for nearly 20 years in global management roles at Pfizer. After leading a Global Biometrics team, he was appointed Pfizer’s Vice President of Worldwide Development Operations and founded Pfizer (China) Research & Development Co., Ltd. Dr. Tan is a past chairman of the DIA Global Board of Directors.

Aulis Capital is pleased to announce our investment in EpiBiologics’ $107M Series B financing. EpiBiologics is advancing a next-generation protein degradation pipeline and platform that targets extracellular membrane and soluble proteins. The Company’s proprietary EpiTAC platform is a modular bispecific antibody system that enables targeted degradation of disease-driving extracellular proteins in a tissue-specific manner.

With this financing, EpiBiologics will advance their pipeline of novel bispecific antibodies to selectively degrade disease-driving membrane and soluble targets in oncology and immunology. EpiBiologics aims to develop first-in-class and best-in-class targeted therapies across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology and immunology.
